Indifferent service from bar staff
Stayed 10 nights on a business trip.
This is the winter season so rooms are like an ice box...room heating deos not work.
Being a Hilton Honours member does not count either ...Hilton honours service desk is unmanned most times and when there is someone the staff are past caring.
Minibar is stocked with soft drinks only ...no nibbles or snacks.
Meals are expensive .
As a business traveller I will try to make my base in Tunis .

Convenient
This a nice and convenient Hotel.First of all its safe to stay .
The staff is helpful .At least they are helpful to the people who adress them
with " selamin aleyqum" Which means Hello ...French speaking can also be helpful .
If you choose the rooms in upper level you can enjoy the view of the city.

Hi peoples,
does someone can tell me something about the Hotel Suisse in Algiers? What kind of hotel is it? and is it clean and safe there?

Hotel suisse is exactely in the center of the town,very nice and safe,room prices between 10 to 30euros,single room 12 euros.
i have no internet site for this hotel

well....
its a cheap hotel! claims 3stars!
have seen seen hotels claiming one star in town also, wonnder what they look like??
corner room like 116,126,136 and so on is biggest. some rooms have inbuildt cockroaches ha ha... as company. all toilets seems to be loose so be careful when sitting down.
price from 3200 dinares around 50USD!! , half of Aurassi.. in summer you can always check in to aurassi to get to use the pool(otherwise it cost 1000dinars to enter) thats ok and the pool resturant there is ok.
but all in all works fine to stay in there,
there is a police station next to it so i guess it is kinda safe then, in a way.
resturants there are a few good ones at the monument like grill-room,sappori di italia(they serv carbonara with ham !! ).
