The "Complexe touristique Shems-les-Bains" (Tourist Resort Shems-les-Bains where the later means "Sun-the-bath") was the first private hotel resort created on the sea shore in Algeria in 1984.
We have not tried it but it has an excellent fame. I will try to know more about it.
