Hotel Germaine: Sleeping on Lake Nokoue

We didn't stay here but we had a very nice lunch with excellent food and service and we looked at the rooms.
It is a tiny hotel just out of the centre of town at the side of the lake. The rooms were a reasonable size, very clean and simply furnished, with en-suite facilities and mosquito nets.
The owner also runs tours of Ganvie with English speaking guides so you can book a whole experience through this hotel.
The tour we had with them was very good, a nice clean boat with enough shade and plenty of information. The tour took just under a full day altogether and included 2 other lake villages.
