Close by are 2 cheaper alternatives with their own gardens - La Palmeraie (Click for review) at 51,000 CFA (including Tax) or Hôtel les Palmiers (click for review) at 32,000 (inc. tax).
The rooms look basic even on their website. They have a restaurant. Other than that, they don't even have currency exchange.

They do have basic personal and business services like:
* Conference facility
* Business Center
* Internet (no wifi in rooms despite the advertising)
* Mini bar in room
* Safe - at reception only
* Close enough to the airport you could walk there
