Tiama Hotel: A place with good reputation
We didn't stay here, but held our business meetings here, and I liked the place. Our North American partners stayed at this hotel and were happy. Actually, they always stay at this hotel, when in Abijan.

Novotel Abijan: Value for money
The place is quite OK, though I would give it three stars, not four. But I guess, we shouldn't judge too strictly, since the country is just restoring from the civil war. The rooms are quite clean, breakfast was OK. There is an outdoor pool.
The management organizes African nights from time to time, inviting traditional dancers and musicians. The show is very nice and is worth visiting. It is organized at the outdoor restaurant downstairs during the dinner at an extra charge.
Novotel - Abidjan: Overlooking the lake
This beautiful hotel located at the heart of the city is an ideal business hotel, overlooking the lake and giving you a very good view of the city around. My stay here was pleasant and the staff was helpful in arranging the trip around the city. The food is good and the rooms spacious and clean.
The Hut I Stayed In
Well this is the hut I stayed in when I was in one of those villages around Man. It is actually someone else's hut. All it cost me was a present in which I gave him a bag of gum and postcards from my hometown if I remember correctly. I just love the artwork on the outside of the hut.
ECO-LODGE Tai National Park: Luxury in the Jungle
It’s a well equipped jungle lodge and the ideal place to recover after a long journey in the rainforest.
You’ll get your wake up call from the monkeys in the area and I noticed also footprints and dropping of forest elephants in the neighborhood.

Camping in the rainforest
When you’re adventurous and don’t need luxury this is the ideal place to stay overnight in the jungle of Tai. You’ll hear a lot of sounds and noises at night, so don’t be afraid. Before you go to Tai National park, you’ll have to stop at the main office in San Pedro to tell them you’re on your way to Djiroutou.

Coppa-Cabana is a small and peaceful campground at the ocean road, east of Abidjan.
It's a relaxed place run by two French brothers, Jean and Jeannot. There are showers and wash facilities, for us the first after 7 days brousse camping.
