This is a beautiful Catholic seminary run by Father Roberts from Nederlands. He speaks English, French, Dutch, Swahili, etc. I'm not a religious person but felt most welcome here. The rooms are very basic but clean and comfortable. You have a bed, a table, a cupboard, a bottle of drinking water, toothpaste and soap. The showers and toilets are stall style and down the hall. If you want to brush your teeth there is a tap outside behind the back. The premises are beautiful and the seminary seems to be a number of large buildings that architecturally are very pleasing. In the morning you wake up to the sound of the Catholic seminary students as they conduct their morning sermon, with the natural morning mist and greenery of the area, it adds a kind of calming albeit religious start to the day. The breakfast is great, starting with coffee, jam and and toast, as well as porridge, then an omelette. Total price we were charged B&B rate US$8 very worthwhile.

For a Francohphone country (where normally you only get coffee and toast for brekkie) the morning spread was a real treat.
