 | Kolwezi Reviews | Tips 1 - 2 of 2 | | This place felt as if I was returning to the uterus. All pink and weird cave style walls. Hmm not really my style. I visited here for lunch but since the hotel was full never stayed a night. I understand the rate was US$120/night. Sandwiches were tasty. The Malawian chef cooked great chicken and tilapia (lake fish) steak was tough vegetables were tasty. Rooms were large with en suite bathroom comprising bath/shower, sink, toilet. Running water infrequent but big plastic buckets of water were provided. I could feel the wooden slats under my foam mattress but fixed the problem by using the foam mattress from the 2nd bed so I had a double comfy bed. Fan in room, TV had one local channel, no satellite. Gold plastic door handles were a real comfort to come home to at night. Minibar had cold beers in the fridge. US$40/night which included a coffee and four slices of toast in the morning
Gotta be those door handles, oh and the Malawian chef, great food. Leave a Comment Theme: HotelPrice: US$20-40 » Currency ConverterComparison: more expensive than averagePhone: +243(0)997109460Website: Tel +243(0)997108798 Other Contact: email: lotraco_rdc@yahoo.fr
