St Catherines Monestry is at the base of Mt Sinai...if you climb the mountain then you'll surely pass the monestry.
I couldn't go inside the monestry because I was wearing shorts (our guide said it would be okay!)...but I was so tired after climbing Mt Sinai that it didn't really matter anyway. The monestry looked good from the outside at least... ;)
St Catherines Monestry is located at the base of Mt Sinai... We stopped quickly to go inside and have a look around...unfortunately we couldn't get inside the most interesting part of the monestry because we had shorts on (our guide had said it would be okay)...
