Tropicana Nuweiba: My favourite in Nuweiba - until my own hotel opens

    A lovely little family hotel, with clean, spacious, simple accommodation, a swimming pool and a great beach fo swimming and snorkeling !

    This is my personal favourite until my own hotel ( the Swisscare Nuweiba Resort Hotel ) opens next door in the near future !

    A good, large and spacious hotel set in a beautiful location.

    Rooms are a bit small and old but there are two pools, a lovely beach and a good standard of service to match.

    Operates on an all-inclusive basis, filled mainly with British guests but you will find other Euorpeans as well as Israelis.

    Beautiful location, lovely beach, quiet and peaceful.

    Excellent in winter time as it faces south and thus is protected from the cold north winds - but a bit hot in the summer months.

    Rock Sea is a little camp of huts hidden behind a small mountain right by the sea, run by a German family who have fallen in love with the place and have made it home.

    Peace, quiet and relaxing.

    Set in large grounds with an abundance of date palms along a long stretch of sandy beach, this hotel / holiday village was built originally during the Israeli occupation.

    Ras Shutan has half a dozen small camps along the beach behind a mountain.

    A peaceful, quiet, relaxing and casual atmosphere in a beautiful setting.

    I remember it still...as if it wasn't in 1994...
    Cute little rooms on the beach just a few steps from the sea water.
    Simple beds and closet, A/C and most simple shower... Oh and lets not forget the most important thing... the nets on the windows.. hard ti survive at the hot nights without that.
    I cant remembrt how much we paid but it was quite reducules.

    Overlooking the Mt Sinai, with beautiful beaches(red sea) good for snorkelling and etc..

    • 2 Stars hotel.
    (just an upgrade from the huts)
    has showers and air-con in the rooms electricity stops for a few hours during the day...
    includes dinner and breakfast.

    Notes about the phone numbers:
    the first one is a number in Cairo - ask for Randa.
    the second one is a number which was not active for a long time but might be re-activated already (please check the area code for Sinai)

    Its a nice Hotel only a few rooms which are spread on the beach, (no building). There is one Small and nice dinning room (nothing fancy though) and its all just so close to the water with a great view on the sea and mountains.
    The rooms are quite modest, bed shower (if the water works well...) and a closet (i didn't use it..), whats important is the nets on the windows... trust me it can be a great thing in a hot summer nights !

    There is a nice small bar on the beach (on summer time) and a tents with carpets and candles where you meet everyone at night and where theres no electricity, you can have some real black egyptian Coffee and relax.

    I dont remember the prices but its a worth one.

    The dining room of the hotel, by the water front, small and nice.
    Modest breakfasts but quite enough i'd say.
