Beware Donna kebabs
Whatever you do after a few sherberts DON'T go for a donna as you pass the Ghazala beach. Not that i had one but the meat was standing all day in the open, so the flys and other unwanted critters had one hell of a feast!
Na'ama Bay, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt
We went from 08. to 15.12-2009 to Ghazala Beach Hotel, and went home extremely satisfied;
This hotel, rated 3 stars home in Norway, and 4 locally, provided a discreet but efficient service;
Have never, ever! seen so much care for details regarding to outdoor maintenance- and cleaning (almost tiring to witness those men scrubling front tiles on each 2. day basis?, who would ever do that at home?!?)
Must praise "our" roomboy for all his attentionate service, can´t remember f. ex. of having heard of "flowerstyled"-sheetfoldage before?
The only minus we coud think of, was (probably time-limited ;) ) the pushy ways of some of the beachboys (who make you understand that they could do you an extra favour when reserving your sunbed "earlier than anyone else", even if they offer you that when you´re actually putting on any of your distinguishing belongings for the fvery same purpose!)
If you´re travelling in winter, don´t get fooled by the official pictures: The great, huge turquoise pool is NOT the one which is heated (a smaller one, closer to the main entrance -but well sheltered-

Many people rave about this restaurant, so gave it a try, i'm afraid it wasn't overly good, on the night we were there, they were doing a special, a bit of everything, cost about 120LE each, the starters were ok but the meat was charred beyond belief and have to say pretty plain. Might of been that we turned up on an off night. On a positive note there was entertainment belly dancer etc.
