The fact that the toilet was not working on one bus does not, of course, mean that no toilets work on any buses.

That was your experience on two buses, during your visit (which I suspect was some years ago now?).
It does not mean it is the same on all buses now. Unless you were specifically told by a company official (not the driver) that all bus toilets are always locked or used for other purposes then you cannot state that they are.
It's always best not to make generalised statements from one or two personal experiences.
The busses are comfortable enough. But the toilets..... after some hours they will get smelly. Try to get a seat in the front of the bus!
East Delta is the bus company you should look after.
I think 15 - 18 degrees in October is an under-estimate. A couple of years ago I spent the last week of November there and the temperature went up to 30 on some days & we couldn't sleep without the A/C .. you will definetly not feel cold in October !
If you will change your money in the hotel, the rate will be bad. The best way is if you meet a local person, that he changes the money for you in some of the shops. For example:
in hotel I got 6,12 punds for 1$. On the "street" i got 6,9EP. So it does make a difference.

Very fast swimming gathering of the different fishes. The black animals are probably from Batfish type or we can classify them to the Sailfin Tang species. They are very thin but also high. Sometimes this construction is very disturbing in searching for food. When some specimen wants to take something from the bottom it must turn and lay on its side. And then it looks like a black, porcelain plate.
When i was in Egypt i asked what the legal age was to drink over there. All the locals told me that there was not really a set legal age, just as long as you were not a child you could get alcohol at restaurants, hotels, nightclubs and bars.
I never had a problem getting a drink anywhere but let me warn you that in the airport at Sharm El Sheikh i wanted to buy some Smirnoff Vodka and some Egyptian Beer to take home and i never realised but you have to be 21 Years old to buy it in there. I showed them my passport and at the time i was only 20 so they refused to sell it to me. So i just apoligised and said thanks anyway. I thought i would let you know as there were no signs to say Identification was needed or what the age was to buy it.
I went to Egypt wanting to come back with a PADI and Divers International made that happen. To the point that i am now an advanced open water diver. (yes i took two courses)
This was all made possible by two things, a fantastic instructor and the variety of sealife that swims around your feet even (before you even head under the water) If you have already dived before you might have some of your own equipment. If not it will all be supplied to you at a very cheap hire rate.
