never again to Zouara

I have been to Egypt 5 times previous to this holiday and this was by far the worst experience. Booked the All Seasons Oasis Hotel but changed to Zouara on arrival. Arrived after 11.00pm and the bar was shut with nothing left for my party,food or drink. Advised that bottled water had to be purchased all of our stay as it was not part of their all inclusive pack. Hotel located in a building site and to get to Naama bay by taxi was approx £6 each way. Entertainment was one night of Egyptian theme and the rest was music, mainly loud, from approx 10.00am till 10.30pm every day. No food at the beach unless you paid for it and drinks in childrens plastic cups if they had not run out. All in all a very poor experience. The staff in the main were not very helpful towards the peaople staying there

Unique Quality: I am afraid I cannot think of any outstanding characteristics for this hotel but I would question how it has a 4 star rating.

Opinion of Price: less expensive than average

does anyone have any info on the zouara hotel and is it difficult to get to namma bay from nabq bay, how much will it cost and how long will it take? is nabq bay really in the middle of nowhere? going there in 3 weeks time?

Nabq is really a seperate place to Sharm and takes a good 35min to reach naama bay plus if you do not want to wait for your courtesy bus(if the hotel has one) the taxi drivers will rob you blind.
