Casalovy Hotel: Never take spacious toilets for granted

Offers comfortably air-conditioned rooms and spacious toilets and Egyptian breakfast. A TV that has a clear movie channel was also appreciated, especially during the hours when it was too hot to venture outside into the 40C heat.

Experiences typical problems in hotels of small cities in Egypt such as easily clogged showers, no toilet paper (BYO!). But overall a pretty happy stay. Staff at reception was quite helpful.

Opinion of Price: more expensive than average

A: "yes Sohag is a safe place . . . unfortunately, I don't know any 5 star hotels there such as; Hilton, Sheraton or so . .. but you can search wish you all the best"
