Edget Hotel: Compound in the towncentre

In Konso we stayed in the Edget Hotel in the towncentre. The rooms are situated around a large compound, where you can also put your tent or prepare your meals. The hotel has also a kitchen and at the end of one of the verandas is a bar selling beer, juice and softdrinks. In the compound are also outdoor tables, where you can have your drink or meal.

The people of the kitchen asked me to sit down with them for some chat, while they were preparing the vegetables.

The rooms are basic, but clean. They have a shower and toilet, but be careful bend your head, because the doors are low.
