Seven Olives Hotel

We stayed only one night in this hotel... The setting was extremely relaxed, with - as you can read in the other reviews - a beautiful garden, birds, a splendid view,...
Staff was very friendly.
It says to have a fantastic restaurant but we didn't try it due to the prices.

The Seven Olives is THE hotel at the top. Lalibela is one big steep hill starting its decline right at the gates of this nice hotel. They are well situated to both the main entrance to the churches, the Ethiopian Airlines office and shops. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly. The best part is the restaurant with its huge panoramic terrace. It is a great place to eat and drink beer and watch the sun set at night. The hotel is set in a well maintained garden, has very good food, cold beer and an indoor restaurant for when it rains. It also has secure car parking.

The hotel has a small gift shop, internet and can arrange anything from a rental car to tours of the area.
