Actually, Bamburi is name of the village situated north of Mombasa and known for its Bamburi Cement factory. On the other side of the road, called Malindi Highway, arised numeber of hotels in a row alongside several kilometres long sandy beach known as Bamburi Beach Resorts. It is probably the biggest and the most significant tourist area in whole of Kenya. In case you travel to Kenya in your own arangment, as I am usually doing it, Bamburi is the place where to go and search for the accomodation while in Mombasa.
