Ku Chawe Inn at the top of a vertical mountain face in Zomba. You feel you can see the rest of Africa from there. Great for a couple of nights.
USD 65 Great views and very relaxing. Lot of character. Last time I was there it had been burnt down but it should be operational again by now.

Golf course close by at the bottom of the mountain.
