@0 Degrees Sud is a good hotel. It is fairly small, boutique style, but it makes up for that in their service. I have not stayed there but am familiar with it, and know people that were very happy with it.
As far as the booking, - surprised that they have not responded. You may want to try to go through agoda.com. Good luck.
