Rather grim place in the city centre with an ok restaurant on the ground floor.
Friendly staff, quite clean and inexpensive, just 200 dirh for a double room (300 for twin beds).

Me, my wife and our 8 years son paid about 50 Eur for one night. It's good value for someone like us that this time prefered to book in advance, so the choice for unexpensive accomodation gets much more narrow. By looking at the map of the town it appeared that it wouldn' be much complicated to find our way, but arriving on the evening, we didn't need the map, as they seem to have signs all over town (at least on the main axes in and out of town) A note for those families wanting their young children to sleep in the room: they don't pay but they also have no extra beds - they have to sleep on a mattress on the floor.
Although it's not a big hotel, without much amenities and not much space on the rooms, it seemed a very nice place to stay for a couple of days. It has a nice garden and swimming pool and it is located almost on the beach (just across what seemed a quiet street), but still not far from the center/older part of the town. Neighbouring Rooftops, El Jadida by Urban_Kitten Double your pleasure with 2 hotels in one - depending on which entrance you use. This is the cheapest hotel that we stayed at during our trek through Morocco and by far one of the best values. VERY cheap but clean, bright & well-situated. Shared bathrooms were among the cleanest and the showers were hot!! Right along the waterfront, we had views of the fishing boats and great rooftop views.
Cheap, clean, cheap, clean!!!!! Did I mention that it was cheap - like $5 Canadian. Very comfy too. Theme: HotelPrice: less than US$20 » Currency ConverterComparison: least expensiveAddress: 12/16 Rue LescoulPhone: 03-34.21.81Directions: Very close to the Cité Portugaise.

Very clean, very friendly and safe, although located in the narrow streets by the marketplace, only cold water in rooms but good common bath. This is a nice budget hotel. The rooms are spacious with bathroom. It will cost you 80 for single and 120 for double during summer time. In winter single will cost you 60 Dh and 100 for double. It is within walking distance from the fort and the Downtown beach. It is loated within the market but the hotel is not noisy. The hotel is located on Rue Zerkatooni phone number 023 351 554
