Kind of modern, kind of big hotel. Multilingual staff, wide clean rooms with bathroom and TV. Perfect location, downtown, in the corner of Boulevard Muhammad V and Boulevard Pasteur, with the madinah and the beach within a less than 10-minute walking distance. Big windows with decent views, outdoor swimming pool, and a great bargain -- I paid 12 € a night for my room.
