to do agood job, but this being Morocco, it's tough.
Pluses are excellent Moroccan/Spanish restaurant, and lovely cool aircon, plus none of the dodgy smells places at twice the price have!
Minuses are customer assistance dolly who sits in the lobby, trying way too hard and I am afraid telling some fibs instead of coming clean.
Hotel has Wi-Fi in the rooms, but staff unable to advise name of their connection, as about 6 come up when you search! Ended up with customer dolly who told me internet was not working and man was coming today(!) to fix it, and they were changing company..and..and..blah..blah.
Guaranteed room with Amex (48 hours cancellation policy) but at checkout I was informed they could not accept Amex..but they would in future..blah blah..never mind I've got a flight to catch, luckily had enough cash.
Lovely aircon, great restaurant.
