Hotel Colbert, absolutely the cheapest accomodation I've ever found.It's a very simple and poor hotel but also extremely cheap and incredibly quite.
7,50 euro for a double room without bathroom.
Unique Quality: Situated in a very crowded street, can't say why or how, that hotel has incredibly silence rooms.
