The website photos show a beautiful hotel.... but what an overpriced disaster! I cannot believe this hotel is a member of the Great Hotels of the World. The sliding door to the balcony didn't lock, the air conditioning didn't work, and the shower/bathtub didn't drain. Room was just okay - certainly not up to the expected standards of a hotel in this class.
We were glad to find a beautiful Riad and leave after one night!
