Next to the Koutoubia Mosque is a vast park planted with palm trees and rose bushes. It is a great place for relaxing from the intensity of the medina, and for enjoying the views of the Koutoubia Minaret. This park is adjacent to the famous Mamounia Gardens, which, at the time of my visit, were closed for renovation.
At Easter, my husband and I are spending a week in Marrakech, staying at Les Jardins de la Koutoubia. Can anyone tell me anything about this hotel - how good it is etc? Also, what will Marrakech be like in April - I will be 26 weeks pg when we go - don't want it to be too hot!!

It should be warm but not too hot - still early.
It's right in the centre of things and there are a lot of restaurants etc around.
The Djemaa el Fna shouldn't be missed whilst you are there (it's hart to miss anyway...)

LES JARDINS DE KOUTOUBIA IS AMONG THE BEST HOTEL IN MARRAKECH 5 * VERY CLOSE TO THE (PLACE JAMAA EL FENA) YOU DID A GOOD CHOSE
in April its very beautiful not realy hot not even cold, dont forget if the weather is hot you have the swim pool at the hotel les jardins de koutoubia .

could someone recommend a nice riad or 5 star hotel close to the square in marrakech, and a good hotel on the beach in agadir more suited for a young couple.
what is the correct name for the 'square' and how far by foot is Hivernage Hotel And Spa from the square
