Worst so far
I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Truly awful, not at all as described on many websites. Facilities (?) were a joke. Unfriendly, cold rooms, broken fittings, and Fatima, the receptionist from hell. How many Riads make mint tea with old dried mint, only the Amssafah, Im sure.

Hi I am going to marrakech in a month I am looking for a riad to stay with my husband near the square that is cheap very clean and private shower and toilet and clean? please any suggestions?

I am travelling to Marrakech on Friday and staying at the Riad Amssaffah - http://www.riadamssaffah.com/ - booked through; www.medhotels.com - Med Hotels also have a selection of other Riads . Prices from approx. £35 per room per night. Riad Jonan was another we looked at but it was full: http://www.riadjonan.com/

HIGHLY recommend the Riad El Mansour... it is in the Medina down a small tiny street and it's truly magical inside. beautiful, clean, wonderful handmade soaps, shampoo, lotion... breakfast is wonderful and included in the price.
