An excellent entry into Moroccan territory - you learn not to be timid in the Medina, not to fear parking in an busy road overnight, and you see a typical Moroccan house, beautifully distributed around a central courtyard with fountain, decorated with mosaic tiles, fine woodwork, 4 meter tall doors to each room - or in my way of seeing it, DIWAN - only four rooms, probably all typical in the sense that they are almost 10 meters long and only 3 wide, with probably 5 meters to the ceiling. Noura is the cheerful and helpful hostess, who will help you with your luggage, with parking, take you to a restaurant, etc.
Though in the middle of the Medina no sound is heard, except the Muezzin. But do make a taxi find the place for you - it is worth the small expense. The beautiful blue Kashbah is within walking range.
Unique Quality: Being among Moroccans rather than tourists
