Good central hotel

This hotel is actually on most guide books but the websites provided are incorrect. It seems the only way to book through the internet is through www.maghrebtourism.com. I was a bit nervous about using this website as I have never heard of it before but everything worked out fine - you have to pay in full in advance and bring the voucher to the hotel on arrival. We paid about 720 dh for a double for 2 nights, including tax and breakfast. The hotel does not have a kitchen - just order the breakfast through the front desk and they will get it from the cafe next door. You get a cup of coffee, orange juice and a croissant.

The location is perfect - on Hassan II avenue, about 10 min walk from the Rabat Ville train station. The owner & staff are friendly. Our room is on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the wall and the medina. It was great sitting there taking the scene in. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom has hot water and shower but no towels.
