i stayed at terminus hotel for 2 weeks; it's clean, it's situated right in the center of rabat and the price is not expensive;don't expect too much, it's surely not a luxury hotel, the door of the balcony didn't close well, lucky me it wasn't cold outside;
you can get a reduction of the price if you stay more than 10 days (i payed almost 20 euro/night, but if more than one person stays, it really isn't expensive- in my room there were 2 beds- adouble one and a single one, so i imagine that 3-4 people can stay in the room), but you have to negotiate from the first day. I know thare are cheaper hotels in rabat , but most of them are situated in the medina, and frankly, i wouldn't spend the night in that area, altough I enjoyed walking the(very) crowded little streets of medina
