by Marian2020The facilities available include: 2 Two bedrooms Chalet (6 Sleeper), 3 One bedroom Chalets, Camping facilities with ablution block and a rustic shop. There are two boats for hire and canoes for guests to use in the river. The Lodge is on Municipal Electricity. There is excellent borehole water. All Chalets have on-suite flushing toilets and hot/cold showers. Hot water is supplied from Firewood-Boilers and the staff has to be advised what time the hot water is needed so that they keep the boilers warm for your showers. There is a small swimming pool as the river is not ideal for swimming. Each chalet has a braai area.
A 20 min boat trip can take guests to Macaneta Beach.
