Ai-Ais Spa: the spa that doesn't want your custom!!!!
It is set is very beautiful scenery in the heart of the canyon. Enormous rocks and boulders. Absolutely tranquil and quiet. One road leads in and the same road leads out! You are in the heart of the somewhere but nowhere, could be kind of anywhere but definitely away from it all !
As the spa itself... the only thing I can tell you is, despite my emailing them direct and sending numerous, filled out, online booking enquiry forms, they never responded to me.
When I turned up to get petrol... it did not look very much like the spa was a hub of activity. It did not look like they actually had any guests... but, perhaps you will have better luck!

Ais Ais Lodge: Lodge
A dusty campsite, however you're only a few miles from the Canyon. They do have rooms for rent if you're not the camping type.
Unique Quality: Really the only place anywhere near Fish River Canyon. There's a Gas Station for those with transport, be sure to fill up, the next gas station is over 500KM away.
It has a little pool which is nice for cooling off.
