Novotel: Expensive but not much more to get

The hotel itself was too expensive for our budget. More than 120 US$, but we used the swimming pool and had a fantastic view over the Ubangui-River.
Take photos if you like troubles with the military. The peninsulae infront of the hotel (with the pool) is a base and you have more than two hours of funny controversies, because they want money and your camera. So don't take pictures at all in Bangui! We did, but you have to know how...
Compared to other Novotels in Africa: It's totally rotten, but the only nice(er) hotel in Bangui.

Unique Quality: Swimming pool with a great view over the Ubangui-river.
Rude Military base gives a certain charme.
But: The only nice(er) hotel in town.
