Mountain Gorilla View Lodge

The hotel has beautiful views of the park, and is close to the start point for the mountain gorilla treks.
The bed was comfortable and there were nice chairs and couches. You had hot running water 24x7 and electricity on at key times only. The supplied meals were quite good.

The rooms were a bit too cold, but they supplied slippers. You have to make sure that you have a hot bed warmer and that the fire is well stoked, and you should bring warm pjs.

One positive was that they clean your shoes for you after the mountain gorilla trek.

Unique Quality: The mountain gorilla view lodge has amazing views of the Volcanoes National Park.
