Hostellerie Chevalier de Boufflers

This marvellous quiet hotel is the place to stay if you wanna enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Goree in the evening, when most of the tourists have returned to Dakar. Decorated in a rather european way, it's very "french" as its name says. It's a great place for lunch with its wonderful terrace overlooking the harbour. There is a little beach just below.

I didn't sleep here, but rooms are about 30-40 euros.

Teranga Hotel Dakar

I forgot how much it was but Teranga Hotel is a chain of novotel-sofitel-accord hotel chains which worlwide service is nice.

Be sure to book to Teranga because it has :
1. killer view by the ocean
2. Interesting architechtural design
3. in close proximity to city centre
