If you are able to a) take that long holidays, b) take your work with you, or c) have a business or job to do on the Seychelles, you can opt for a long-term deal like this offered by locals.
It may not be entirely legal, so check carefully how this deal is going to be made, and if there is an element of tax evasion in the picture. Excellent over-water restaurant .
The largest swimming pool in the Seychelles, but who needs it when the beach is so beatifu.

The beach was not in the best condition during our stay. Staff told us that during the summer time (including February), the sea is a little rougher on the west side of the island. We were told that in April and May, the beach is beautiful. It wasn't a big concern for us -- we simply walked 100 yards down the beach to swim where it was less rocky.
If you stay at the hotel on a Wednesday (in the afternoon) or the last Saturday of the month (starting at 6 PM), you can easily walk down Beau Vallon beach to the craft and food market set up just off the beach. Local food and crafts, t-shirts, etc. are sold at a reasonable price and it's great people watching. Bring some cold beer with you and walk around listening to the music and get to know the locals!
Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Tres bonne table avec beaucoup de poissons...
Tres bon bar.
Prestations du bord de prix normal.
Its a 70 meters cruise catamaran with 65 passengers and 35 rooms.
Very confortable, cosy and a crew "aux petits soins"...
Very good restaurant, but you have to like fishes..;
Prices are OK.
Piscine , planche à voile, plongée etc...
Escales dans les plus beaux sites, ballades superbes.
Pool onboard, many other activities can be done.
Visit the islands is easy because the crew plan all the visits and it's easier than alone.

Bungalows are clean and you can rent bikes in the Guesthouse.
Dinners are tasty!
Be careful of falling fruits in the garden :-)
