Berjaya Beach Resort was the most beautiful and also the largest hotel that I saw in Anse Volbert Village. The hotel itself is in a distance between 50 and 100 meters from the sea, and only their public restaurant is directely at the beach. Some of the other hotels in Anse Volbert Village are built directely on the beach.
Unique Quality: They have a lot of small bungalows with some garden and a terrace in front and the whole area is inside a lovely park with a fountain and exotic plants.

The resort consists of rooms which are situated in a circle around the pool and some further back into the garden. The buildings in which they are placed hold approximately 4 rooms each (two on ground level and two on top). You do not notice your neighbours though. Each room has a terrace with chairs in which you can be as lazy as you want in between the dipping in the clear and clean pool.
The rooms give you all the privacy you would like and are spacious and simple.
Unique Quality: Peaceful garden, clean pool, privacy, well situated near the beach, nice staff, tour possibilities, transfer options, spacious and clean rooms, fairly good breakfast.
(the price in a package through a touroperator is good. Without the package: I really don´t know, but I fear for the worst)
Directions: The last hotel at the end of the road that lies next to the beach Anse Volbert.
This Hotel has perfect location - very long beach with another hotels and restorants, bus station, several shops (food, suvenirs). The staff is very usefull and nice.
U should now - on this beach - here is not deap ocean, not good for swimming.. (as for me - i like it!!).
The accommadation was ok but it was a little basic when we were there, the only other complaint was the gaps under the doors invite in things you may not want. A beautiful setting the hotel lies in amongst the palm trees a stones throw from a magnificent beach. The hotel has a pleasant pool area but most people go down to the beach
