Great stay, excellent seaview

We had a seaview room with balcony upstairs as part of our honeymoon trip in Seychelles in May 2010. The room was spacious and clean. There is a tv with very limited channels. The bathroom with both a tub and shower was huge! There was even a couch there. The staff was able to move us to this room as we were shown a downstairs room next to the restaurant. We prefer the higher view and the less opened balcony space upstairs.

Our package includes a candlelight dinner right on the beach. It was quite nice although there must be some sand flies there as we got bitten on the legs. But the meal was great under the moon and stars. The breakfast was buffet style with the usual fruits, bread, cereal, milk and juice, and one could order eggs from the kitchen. I like the restaurant design as part of it is on the beach and the "indoor" part is on sand also.

Unique Quality: The balcony on the 2nd floor rooms is great for people watching.

There are free but limited beach chairs. We took a free sunset excursion out organized by the hotel to Anse Lazio. It was very nice as that was the best place for a sunset.
