We had a classic car club weekend here. The hotel is beautifully appointed in the period - about 21 rooms all en suite - and the food and hospitality was great. We also used the Dunlin Guest House next door for the rest of our group and that was very nicely appointed as well.
Lovely authentic hotel beautifully renovated and the hospitality was great. Paul Roux is a proper old time free state village and remains unspoilt by decay or low cost housing creep. It seems that people with talents or money are seeking it out as a haven.
The view from the hill behind the village is a short walk and well worth the effort.
