Graaff Reinets Worst!
The town is a gem, the Drostdy is a boil on its rear - Never Again!!! - I use to frequent this hotel regularly during my travels. I do not travel as much now, and am ashamed that I have actually recomended this operation to clients and freinds seeing how the service and facilities have gone backwards in the past two years. The Management should be ashamed and the Historical Homes Orginisation (who own the building/rights) should be held accountable for that which they have allowed to occur. The accomodation is not to standard, the food is poor, the service dismal and Management does not give a a hoot...
Unique Quality: None - a complete waste of time and not a pleasant experience - we were robbed taking into account what we paid and the service recieved...
