Sanbonani Resort

Sanbonani - didn't want to leave!

We had a wonderful 8 day holiday at Sanbonani early January 2012. Upon our arrival we were met by friendly staff and some refreshing orange juice! Units were nicely cleaned and we just loved the weather. The air conditioned units were just perfect. We could set our temperature accordingly. Our evenings were spent braai-ing and listening to the magic of the bush and listening to the rushing of the river down below. One evening we were fortunate enough to be able to see 5 hippo out of the water grazing below us. Nearby horse riding was great and Kruger Park was close by, which we visited twice. I cannot wait to have an opportunity to return to Sanbonani once again. It was an incredibly relaxing place to be .... in fact I could have remained there forever. I would highly recommend Sanbonani Resort.

Unique Quality: The positioning of the units were really nice. We stayed on the Sabie side and our views - although not of the river itself - were awesome. Plenty of trees and grassy banks.
Lovely walks from our unit alongside the river.
Our unit was lovely.
The pool was always nice and warm.
