A big let down

Their website promised luxury, Personalised cuisine and other promises so that "even the most discerning traveller can be accommodated".

When we asked for a two gin and tonics we were told they had no gin. They managed to get some the next day. They also had problems providing orange juice at breakfast. There was nothing personalised about the cuisine, in fact un less you asked you did not even get told what they were serving - they did not have menus!.

Unique Quality: The amount of wildlife and birds you can see from the lodge is good.

At the time of writing this (September 09) I am waiting for a reponse to my letter of complaint I sent them.
