Sadly let down

We stayed in Umlani for three nights towards the end of October 2008.

The food (despite all the claims on the webiste) was terrible. In fact 2 of the three meals were chicken and one of those was so badly cooked that the chicken was still bleeding.

The website will tell you that there will be a maximum of 16 people in the camp. When we were there, there were 25 guests. This resulted in no room at the dinner tables, shoehorning into landrovers for the game drives etc.,

The guides were very poor (and as a veteran of many safari holidays) and were operating in a manner that was rude and offensive.
In short avoid at all costs.
