Paternoster Hotel: Paternoster Hotel
This hotel was built in 18... and served as a jail, then a school and today it is the watering hole for many a thirsty traveller. They offer excellent food and the staff is very friendly and always ready to tell you about the history of the hotel or the panty bar and how it got its name

Hoekie: Hoekie B & B
I stayed for a night in this place and I have no problems endorsing it. The place is a spotlessly clean, charming building with a bit of character about. The lady who runs the place is very nice and had no problems accommodating a request for a speciality diet at breakfast (breakfast was lovely).
Its on the road at the beach if thats your thing. I don't feel that it was over priced in terms of value for your rand spent. Best bet is probably to look at the website if you are interested.

Paternoster @ the beach: The favourites
For a full list of the best Paternoster accommodation, visit http://www.paternoster.org.za/. They are the local Paternoster accommodation agency and offers the best variety of self catering, b&b /guesthouse accommodation in Paternoster with very friendly West Coast staff.
They also have a list of Restaurants and things to do in the area. Personally I really enjoy the 'Voorstrandt' (a unique little seafood restaurant) and also the Paternoster Lodge (they have the best view).

Mosselbank: Pretty Bed and Breakfast
Wonderful little family run B&B. Personal service and not many rooms. All rooms are different themes so even if staying more than once it would seem like a different place. The beach is a few meters away from the front door.
Breakfast was a lovely home cooked affair with all the standard fair including fresh fruit, yoghurt, bacon and eggs to order, toast, muffins etc.

Oystercatcher Haven: A true haven
We had the downstairs room, with a lovely bathroom including a deep bath big enough for two. Your own entrance leads onto a little patio where you can have a private breakfast!
And what a breakfast - great coffee, a fruit / yoghurt starter and a choice of cooked goodies. Delicious cheese and mushroom omelette.
The large lounge has a good range of books, and it leads out onto a large verndah with a small pool. All looking directly onto the sea, and the sound of breakers lulls you to sleep.
Around 400 rand per person per night. Very reasonable for the quality of accommodation ond food.
