When I travel, safety, cleanliness and cost are the most important factors when considering accomodation. If you are looking for a Hilton with an on suite jacussi, STOP READING NOW. If not let me tell you alittle.
I would say this is the best bet in town. If you plan to do mostly sight-seing and spend time outside the Hotel then this is perfect. Within 2 minutes walk from quite beaches, one can take a 10 minute walk to reach the local surfspot Pipe. Further on down the beach one can find all the usual beach activities, pubs, shops, food etc.
Regarding the hotel, it is clean, has pool TV and all the rest. The best thing i remember were the cheap breakfast and man was it good. If you don't stay here be sure to try out the Sunday Lunch. I sound like a salesperson, anyway.. check it out !!!
