Luxury in the town centre
The Royal Hotel has been for a number of years been the number one hotel in Durban, and other five star hotels only arrived in recent years.
The Royal is situated in the town centre, adjacent to the Town Hall and Smith Street and in walking distance to the International Convention Centre.
The rooms and suits are comfortable and luxurious, after all the hotel is member of the Leading Hotels of the World.
Unique Quality: Central Location for business visitors. Top floor restaurant offers stunning views over the city.

One on the VT List!
Unique Quality: This huge hotel is located directly in the middle of the CBD of Durban, directly across the street from Farewell Square and the Victorian-age City Hall. Here is where the British royal family calls ‘home’ when they come a calling. There is a roof-top pool, a couple of in-house pubs and restaurants and a very capable staff make it so you can be self-contained which is good as everyone -hotel staff and locals - continually warn you about the dangers lurking on the streets of Durban if you make the mistake of walking about at night.
