Carnival Court Backpackers

We stayed here for five days when we were in Cape Town.
The hostel was comfortable, safe and the staff were always polite and friendly.
We booked into a double room with a shared bathroom just down the hall, the bathrooms were always clean and the room was clean and comfortable.
It is all very wooden, wooden floors etc and made to feel like an old house.

The location here is perfect on Long Street.
This is backpacker mecca in Cape Town, a lot of the hostels are located along this very long street, and are accompanied by other travellers needs - cafes, internet, laundry, shops and bars.

Unique Quality:
The hostel was really nice and if I ever return to Cape Town which is highly likely I would stay here again, as it was well priced and well located.
The only thing that was negative was that it was rather noisy! They have a very lively bar here - but thats what we travel with ear plugs for isn't it??!
