The service at the hotel was impeccable. The view from our room was great, we overlooked the yacht club. The rooms were comfortable and roomy, with a sliding door out to the garden.
Situated in the waterfront area, which allows you to walk every where.
The hotel is located directly on the banks of the Knysna Lake surrounded by a small but stunning waterfront. Since the hotel is almost brand new it offers all amenties in nice and comfortable rooms.
The location and the fact that the hotel is new combine this with good service and plenty of restaurants near by - make this my favourite choice whenever I am in Knysna.
Directions: Coming from Cape Town along the N2 - turn right down to the waterfront. Coming from Port Elizabeth along the N2 turn left down to the waterfront.
A wonderful hotel located at the waterfront in Knysna within walking distance to shops, restaurants as well as close to local activities such as the ferry to Featherbed or the train station.
Comfortable rooms with wonderful views of the marina. The breakfast is absolutely fresh and delicious the chef is excellent.

A nice place. Holiday Inn with African touches. As it turned out bus tours stayed there a lot. In the morning and evening the lobby would be full of luggage. Still, an OK place. This one is in town, there is another Protea on the waterfront.
