Stone Breaker Country Lodge: Stone Breaker Country Lodge

"Stonebreaker Lodge" is located 17 km north of Oudtshoorn, in Schoemanspoort, on the road leading to the Cango Caves. Although the property is situated along the R328, the area is very quiet at night. The guesthouse is surrounded by mountains and the location is really idyllic. It has a private parking and a natural garden with swimming pool.
The young Belgian owners, Hilde and Benny, have seen to it that their guesthouse blends in with nature with a real African touch.

Unique Quality: The property has 8 rooms, in two buildings on the extensive grounds, separated from the main house where the breakfast room/dining area is.
Every room has an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and either an open or a covered terrace. Minibar, tea-coffee making facilities, color TV, clock radio, hair dryer, fan, ...

Extensive buffet breakfast in the morning.

Caves Country Lodge: Caves Country Lodge

Caves Country Lodge is situated 3km from the centre of Oudtshoorn, on the road to the world renowned Cango Caves, next to the Cango Wildlife- & Cheetah Ranch. Interesting and informative guided tours take place every half hour, covering all aspects of ostrich farming, including the viewing of eggs hatching. Guests can stand on an egg, sit on an ostrich and the very brave might like to try a ride at their own risk. At the end of the tour our trained jockeys demonstrate an ostrich race!
