Very centrally located. Right in the middle of Dar's busiest commercial region, and overlooking the harbour/ ocean. With all the banks and tall buildings. Most government, commercial and financial institutions are within easy walking distance of the hotel.
The rooms have an option for views- pool facing or harbour/ ocean facing, and i think the room rates are also kind of determided according to that.
The hotel operates a courtsey airport shuttle, and the ferry to Zanzibar also leaves from very close to the hotel.
