New hotel
This hotel is quite new, so you have all the advantages of new hotels: rooms in better condition, air-conditioning working properly, friendly and motivated staff, competitive room rates for getting new clients, and so on.
The worst of this hotel is its location. From one side you have an always jam road, and from the another side you have a cemetery.
I missed some facilities as well, like a gym, or more restaurants, as there is only one restaurant in the hotel, and there are not more choices close to the hotel.
Another drawback is that you have never sun in the pool. It is a great mistake of the architect not to have in mind the movement of the sun when thinking where to locate the pool.
