Good cheap 3-star option that's located about 1km from Ave Habib Bourguiba. There's not that many restaurants nearby so I ended up walking for about 15 minutes in order to reach them and, as the trams finish early in the evening, 15 minutes back. Bear this in mind if considering this option. There's a good Champion supermarket nearby. The hotel itself was good with a good clean room with doublebed, TV, dressing table, mirror, wardrobe and clean bathroom.
